Cleaned all ducts in the basement; cleaned all registers and returns on main floor; cleaned heating unit; and cleaned clothes dryer duct. The two men arrived on time. They were as pleasant and accommodating as can be. When they brought the big machine into the house to go to the basement, they were carrying it even though it had wheels. Cleaned ducts and dryer vent. Ductz cleaning is better than any air duct cleaning that I have ever had. I've owned my townhouse since 1997 and have had regular air duct cleaning. Ductz showed me pictures of a duct that was never cleaned by the prior cleaners. When they were done, my house even smelled clean. I could really notice the improvement. They cleaned out the dryer vent. It was excellent. They were very professional and did a great job. They got the job in about one hour. The scheduling was very easy.
They cleaned out the HVAC ducts and I have also used them commercially. It was fine. I have been a customer with them for a couple of years now. They have been very responsive and a lot quicker than I expected. The workers are very courteous.

WOW! I called Ductz of the Upper Bay Region and spoke to Scott. Scott answered all my questions and I got an estimate appointment right away. I liked how he explained the work to be performed and he gave an estimate. I had moved into this home in June 2013 and thought I should have done this right away, but got busy and did not. I joined Angie's list in June, 2013 and was looking at the different HVAC cleaning deals. Cleaned dryer vent from laundry room to outside the house.Spoke directly with the owner when I called to make the appointment. Scheduled work for the following week. He arrived on time, did the vent cleaning and left the laundry room as clean as when he arrived. No complaints!
Air Duct cleaning and furnace cleaningI called Scott, the owner, about two months before I wanted the service. He can out, gave me an estimate and said he would contact me in two months to set up the service. Scott called almost two months to the date and we set up the service for the following Friday.
