Please start with an introductory email or phone call of what your role is in the process. I had been working with Josh and Shelby so someone else coming in was a surprise. Maybe Josh can tell customers who they'll be working with? In the middle of the time between doc signing and close, please send some communication stating the signed documents were received and that we were still on track to close. Some communication is better than none when it comes to people's largest asset.
Nancy is simply fantastic; she is as knowledgeable and accountable as she is warm and friendly. I've worked in a variety of functions in finance/banking for the overwhelming majority of my career, so I didn't require very much in the way of support, but every time I fulfilled a task or had a question throughout the course of my refi process, Nancy was always happy and prepared to help right away. Put simply, Nancy did everything she said she would do and more. I can't recommend her enough!
