Maybe Josh can tell customers who they'll be working with? In the middle of the time between doc signing and close, please send some communication stating the signed documents were received and that we were still on track to close. Some communication is better than none when it comes to people's largest asset.

The staff is very knowledgeable and answers all your questions immediately as you text or email them. I felt very comfortable and everything was in the open. What they promised is what they delivered. I wish other businesses would learn customer service from these guys.

I am not a fan of the refinance process and this time around there were many pitfalls that made this whole thing very stressful. However Erica and Patrick played their parts well and were very professional throughout the whole process not showing any negative emotion at any time. The red tape that I had to hurdle through was of no fault of theirs.
