I didn’t work with anyone named Nancy Bayat that I’m aware of for this refi; I worked with a Brian and Nicole who were both great, and the notary Diane was great as well. However it has been a week since I signed the paperwork and I still haven’t received the wire transfer of cash owed to me, nor does my mortgage through the other that was refined show paid off. I’m not sure how long this process takes but a week seems it should have been enough time. Will reach out in 24 he’s if unresolved
