E Mortgage Capital was phenominal for our refinance. They closed incredibly fast, they kept all of their promises, and they got us a better loan than anyone else could. They even worked really hard to help us get rid of our PMI when other banks had just brushed it off! Kevin Renshaw was our loan officer, and he was excellent. We really appreciated his willingness to answer questions and his overall proficiency in his trade.

After speaking with Zach he gave us a lot of confidence in moving forward with the company and was able to work with us on what we needed. Both him and Nancy have the best customer service, and communication, in dealing with such a large purchase that we were very pleasantly surprised.
