Outline: Earth Relocation does get your goods shipped, no question, but it's a very bad experience with them. They constantly try to charge more, they do not communicate with you, they don't care a shit about you and your goods, all they care is that you pay, using your goods as lever to make you pay what they want. Don't trust these guys. They never respond to emails have to c have multiple times to get a reply. Then they finally reply with a delivery date that I am not available. So now they scam me to pay storage charges Stay away from these guys

I had 24 boxes that needed moving from New York to the UK. I gave Earth relocation the measurements of the boxes for the quote. They came in at a reasonable rate so I chose their service. I had to pay an initial non-refundable $1000 up front when I signed the contract. I was told this would take six weeks to get to my address in the UK. On collection day they arrived with a form for me to sign about how the goods would be moved on pallets and that could cost more money. Our experience with this company was probably the worst anyone can imagine. We moved from Burbank to Pune in March 2018 and met their agent in January 2018. He saw our household stuff and gave us a competitive estimate for our '2 bedroom household stuff with partial packing and door to door delivery within 10-12 weeks via JNPT port'. We ended up going with this company as it was the only company at that point which was ready to pick our stuff up in 2 weeks as we had to take care of rest of the things related to moving. The worst moving company and awful service. There has been so many issues and none of them were resolved. Following are just some of bits of my experience: 1. Sent a quote, picked up the things and then required to pay 3 times more. suddenly from 1k the price grew to 3k out of blue... 2. I had to deal with 3 different ends for some reason and neither would take responsibility for their poor service, attitude and actions. BE AWARE: RED ALERT: DON'T EVEN THINK For now, just know that my container was loaded on to the ship from Los Angeles to India only 5 days ago on August 19th. It is on its way. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against the companies Earth Relocation and Inchcape Shipping Services Kuwait, and I also intend to file a lawsuit, on the following grounds: (1) FAILURE TO PACK GOODS PROPERLY, RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO NUMEROUS ITEMS: A large wooden bookcase was wrapped in BROWN PAPER ONLY, with no added protection. WARNING: SCAMMERS!! Avoid this company at all costs. If you don't believe me, just check other reviews here or on Google. I actually didn't chose them. But the company I chose to move my stuff from the UK selected them to make the final delivery here in the USA. On a Friday 3pm I receive an e-mail asking if I could get the delivery on Monday at 9am. Insanely high price for above average services. we hired them for our move from New Jersey to Canada few years back; I would not recommend them, since I think there are plenty of movers available for much lesser price but offering same or better services.
