Do not use Earth Relocation. They were the US delivery agent for our move from the U.K. to the U.S. From the start, they were non-responsive to our emails and tried to get us to cover additional costs that seemed to have been incurred due to their poor planning. When we pushed back on the costs, they threatened to keep our goods longer, so that we would accrue further costs. They have the worst service, hidden fees that come at last moment, worst handling of shipments and they don't reply your emails or calls unless you send many reminders.
Earth Relocation was the US delivery agent for a shipment we had sent from India. They delivered our goods (heirloom furniture) with little care - 3 items arrived severely damaged & 1 was missing entirely. After initially promising to do what was needed to right the situation, they stopped responding to our emails entirely. Earth Relocation forced delivery to us on the day before Thanksgiving in order to avoid having to pay storage costs. Then, they refused to pay the movers for unpacking although we paid paid for it in our original contract from Saudi Arabia. We had to unpack ourselves, which voided the insurance. Very bad experience for us. We were left holding the bag.
Update: Kapil called me and decided to bribe me to take this review down. First of all, the money he offered is nowhere near the original value. Lastly, i would not want any other customers to have the same experience as i did hence why i decided not to take this review down. Please everyone do yourself a favor and dont waste your money and time on this company. They are a huge SCAM!!!

Outline: Earth Relocation does get your goods shipped, no question, but it's a very bad experience with them. They constantly try to charge more, they do not communicate with you, they don't care a shit about you and your goods, all they care is that you pay, using your goods as lever to make you pay what they want. Don't trust these guys. They never respond to emails have to c have multiple times to get a reply. Then they finally reply with a delivery date that I am not available. So now they scam me to pay storage charges Stay away from these guys

I had 24 boxes that needed moving from New York to the UK. I gave Earth relocation the measurements of the boxes for the quote. They came in at a reasonable rate so I chose their service. I had to pay an initial non-refundable $1000 up front when I signed the contract. I was told this would take six weeks to get to my address in the UK. On collection day they arrived with a form for me to sign about how the goods would be moved on pallets and that could cost more money. Our experience with this company was probably the worst anyone can imagine. We moved from Burbank to Pune in March 2018 and met their agent in January 2018. He saw our household stuff and gave us a competitive estimate for our '2 bedroom household stuff with partial packing and door to door delivery within 10-12 weeks via JNPT port'.
