Very good customer service and good pricing. We recently shipped our goods to Buenos Aires with Earth Relocation and as compared to our last experience which was a nightmare, we received the services as assured. Nothing more nothing less which was acceptable to us. Argentina customs is very complicated and their local partner had really good coordination with authorities here. Thanks a lot ER!!!
Great customer service and I would use them again and again if I needed to. They were very fair priced for all the work they did for me. I would want to try them again if I needed that service again. They were very nice and helpful. Very fast response and I would say to everyone they make it easy, fast and fair. They took good care of the things they needed to and were very helpful and concerned about the things I wanted them to do for me. Nice company.
Earth Relocation were the easiest movers to deal with, and were so helpful, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I work in international logistics, and they have certainly raised the bar, in my view, in regard to customer experience. Many thanks to all the team!
We used Earth Relocation for our move from the US to Europe. We had two shipments, one that left in mid-May 2017 that arrived mid-August 2017, and another shipped mid-July 2017 that arrived in mid-October 2017. The crews that picked up our boxes (we packed it ourselves) were professional, and polite. When an item was forgotten, I was able to get it to them and it made it into the shipment without any delay. Our stuff finally arrived from India & was brought to home via these people. They called up this morning to get directions & then 3 guys came & unloaded the containers in no time. They were courteous, professional, arrived in clean T-Shirts & worked very fast. It was the perfect mix of going fast while taking their time to ensure they didn't break anything. I would use Earth Relocation again if I were to move in the future & also refer to family.
My move was handled by Earth Relocation on door to door basis. I waited on putting my feedback online until I received the goods and the transaction has been completed. I can now evaluate the whole process and add my comments . The start was good, crew of 3 came on time, brought all the materials for international packing, did a walk through before and after the packing was completed and also got documents signed. Earth Relocation is really great and I'll absolutely use them again. I've moved with them twice: once for an international move and once for a local move. Samir is really great at explaining everything and helping prep. He's responsive and ind and easy to work with. Both times the moving teams were kind, respectful, careful, quick and efficient. I arranged my shipping with Earth Relocation a week ago because I am traveling abroad and needed a reliable, knowledgeable shipping company! In that short time, I had a reasonable quote and a date for pick up. The two young men who arrived at my home to pick up my boxes were excellent and finished up in record time.
