I recently moved my home goods to Pakistan using earth relocation. They gave me a quote that was lower than the other relocation companies. They came in, packed all the house hold , loaded into a container and shipped out. The shipment was delivered at our residence on time with no hassle at all. They did what they said. Excellent job by every one, specially, by Kapil Lahoti. The guy is just amazing, truthful and very professional. I will not think twice using them again. A job well done

I was very happy with this company. The movers where on time and very professional - they knew what they where doing. As with any move I had some mishaps 2 boxes where lost and one (which I packed ) arrived a little worse for wear. I had an international move and they helped with the overwhelming paperwork. I would recommend this company to others Maria

Their services were above average as compared to my previous moves. and they seemed to know the international moving process well. Only issue was that they gave us a long window for pickup and showed up really late in the day but the movers were quick and efficient. I had minor scratches on my bedroom dresser and one desk but nothing major went wrong. The insurance company they work with got repairs approved and furniture was finally fixed after 3 months of delivery. That's all I have to say.

Serious service and good pricing, We moved with Earth Relocation from Rhode Island to Ireland and we took a 40 FT container. My wife was the one discussing the rates and services with their representative and they were prompt on providing the quotes in a timely manner. They sent their crew from New Jersey for 2 days and packed/loaded the pod at our house in Rhode Island. Move From: New Jersey Move To: Montreal, QC, Canada We would like to thank Earth Relocation and just wanted to share our positive experience with ER. Once we contacted them, our goods were packed and moved within a week's time from our home. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had with any company. They handled the US-side of my international move. The communication was terrible. I followed up on every email and kept in touch, they rarely respond and when they do it is painfully obvious that they have no idea what's going on with my move and do not care to check on the status of my shipment before replying with "not our fault" or something along those lines. They started out to be very responsive, but now, with 5 days left to my move, they are not replying to my emails. I also recently found out that they do not use wall coverings, which is something that concerns me as this is very standard equipment to use to protect common areas in apartment buildings and elevators, especially when there is no service entrance. Right now, I am not pleased with how this is going.

I have left a similar review with the Better Business Bureau. Earth Relocation was hired as the US partner in my international move. Many questions were asked about their capability and capacity. They gave assurances that they could meet my needs. However, every item that they packed was irreparably damaged. The final packing of many items once they arrived were atrocious. Make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. I contracted a shipping company(Freight International) to ship my household goods and vehicle from Abu Dhabi (door to door) to my home. Their sister company (Earth Relocation) in New Jersey has my shipment in their warehouse. And is supposed to deliver my goods/vehicle.
