Move From: New Jersey Move To: Montreal, QC, Canada We would like to thank Earth Relocation and just wanted to share our positive experience with ER. Once we contacted them, our goods were packed and moved within a week's time from our home. All paperwork was done upfront for clearance of goods in Canada and we had to go to customs terminal in Montreal as indicated in advance by our moving consultant. They started out to be very responsive, but now, with 5 days left to my move, they are not replying to my emails. I also recently found out that they do not use wall coverings, which is something that concerns me as this is very standard equipment to use to protect common areas in apartment buildings and elevators, especially when there is no service entrance. Right now, I am not pleased with how this is going.

I have left a similar review with the Better Business Bureau. Earth Relocation was hired as the US partner in my international move. Many questions were asked about their capability and capacity. They gave assurances that they could meet my needs. However, every item that they packed was irreparably damaged. The final packing of many items once they arrived were atrocious. Make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. I contracted a shipping company(Freight International) to ship my household goods and vehicle from Abu Dhabi (door to door) to my home. Their sister company (Earth Relocation) in New Jersey has my shipment in their warehouse. And is supposed to deliver my goods/vehicle. Do not use Earth Relocation. They were the US delivery agent for our move from the U.K. to the U.S. From the start, they were non-responsive to our emails and tried to get us to cover additional costs that seemed to have been incurred due to their poor planning. When we pushed back on the costs, they threatened to keep our goods longer, so that we would accrue further costs. They have the worst service, hidden fees that come at last moment, worst handling of shipments and they don't reply your emails or calls unless you send many reminders.

Earth Relocation was the US delivery agent for a shipment we had sent from India. They delivered our goods (heirloom furniture) with little care - 3 items arrived severely damaged & 1 was missing entirely. After initially promising to do what was needed to right the situation, they stopped responding to our emails entirely. Their team showed us the art of managing a difficult situation by ignoring the customer entirely and hoping that they go away. Now, I get it. Earth Relocation forced delivery to us on the day before Thanksgiving in order to avoid having to pay storage costs. Then, they refused to pay the movers for unpacking although we paid paid for it in our original contract from Saudi Arabia. We had to unpack ourselves, which voided the insurance. Very bad experience for us. We were left holding the bag.

Update: Kapil called me and decided to bribe me to take this review down. First of all, the money he offered is nowhere near the original value. Lastly, i would not want any other customers to have the same experience as i did hence why i decided not to take this review down. Please everyone do yourself a favor and dont waste your money and time on this company. They are a huge SCAM!!!
