East Greenbush has been great to me and my puppy. We have never had any problems and everyone is super sweet and caring. 100% would recommend.
I started taking my cat here 15 years ago because he was very cranky and needed to be sedated for grooming. I have always had a good experience and kitty came out looking super handsome each time. Staff is friendly, place is clean, prices are par for the area. Last week I had to let kitty go and they were so compassionate. I know they do this all day, every day but they treated me like I was their only person in need. It was a very sad day but they made it easier. Highly recommend.
Best veterinarian in the 518. From boarding to check ups, to grooming, the staff here is outstanding.
The vets are fantastic. Katie the groomer is an excellent groomer. I trust them explicitly with my pomeranians. Prices are fair. Front staff is fantastic. Been going there for years. Very very happy with them. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
East greenbush animal hospital is a great regular vet to take your pets to for health issues that pets have. They are not great for emergency situations, however, because I waited almost an entire day to get an appointment. We took our cat Lacy there and she was very sick. They evaluated and gave her meds in a very timely fashion. Once we got the results of tests, they advised us she needed prescription food for kidney disease, stage 2. One of my cats has always had a very hard time at the vet's; shes extremely anxious. We recently tried out EG Animal Hospital, and I was blown away how comfortable my girl was in this office with the staff. The whole vibe here feels loving. Everyone is so kind, gentle, and patient- with animals and their parents too! My kitty girl wound up having to have surgery, and I was well-informed every step of the way. We took our sick dog here for a second opinion. My husband and I as well as our sweet dog were treated with tremendous kindness and compassion. When we were told she needed to be put to sleep , it was done with her dignity in mind. We were with her until the end. We weren't rushed but were given every opportunity to be with her as long as we needed. I will always be grateful for kindness of Dr. Barclay and Jenny, her vet tech. Mary M.
My cat needed medical attention & we had never been there before. They gave me an appointment the same day & checked her out without unnecessary testing. They are very vivid conscious which I appreciated. Kind staff too. I'm very happy my friend recommended them.
I have been taking my pets there for years. From Techs to Drs they are kind and knowledgeable. Take excellent care of them.
