As always, our visit was handled professionally and friendly. The entire staff treats us as if we're friends or family! Dr. Etherington did an awesome job with Farrah and her vaccinations (especially the bordatella nasal spray, LoL) & gave me suggestions (WITHOUT JUDGING ME) for getting my chubby pittie to lose a few pounds. Farrah and I consider her a part of our family, for sure!
I decided to bring our German Sheppard to this clinic approximately 4 years ago when I thought what she had was a weird cough. We saw Dr. Patashnick who knew right away what the following tests had concluded, she had a megaespohagus. A few months later she was very lethargic and in just a couple days her health had declined rapidly, and she dropped a significant amount of weight. The morning I knew something was terribly wrong, was the morning of a snowstorm. We already had 6+ inches on the ground and the roads were barely t... read more
We always see Dr. Spock and he is great. Always explains what the problem is along with the solution. Dr. Spock always treats our furry kids like his own, and the decision he is helping us make would be the same as he would for his animals. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
We have been taking our pets to East Greenbush Animal Hospital for around 15 years now. I have never met a more compassionate group of people and Vets in my life. When they have had to help us with our pets as they have crossed over the Rainbow Bridge, our pets, and us, were treated with love and compassion right til the very end. They have been nothing but kind and caring. Treatment options are always discussed and when money becomes an issue, they will sit with you and discuss the options. I will never take our animal... read more
My service dog, Sampson, a schipperke and I were from Tampa. We went to EGAH because he needed major dental work and the price was very fair. After dental work, he became a regular for grooming for several months. We commuted between Fl. and NY. He received his shots and Dr visits here. Dr. Chew was his doctor. Not being recognized as a handicapped person, the staff treated me very nice. I had a problem on one of my visits and was unable to talk during registration. They treated me pleasantly and took care of the sit... read more
EGAH has always treated my cats very well, including my very grumpy one. They take all the time I need to answer all of my questions and always want me to follow up as needed. I like the portal and being able to make appointments online. The techs are great with my cats as well.
We have been bringing our pets to EGAH for approximately 10 years and I can honestly say they are the best of the best. They have seen us at our worst (emotional wrecks having two pets diagnosed at different times with cancer and eventually having to put both down) and everyone was extremely compassionate, patient and understanding (even sent flowers to us at home!!). Our Bernese Mountain Dog was a maniac going to the vet treatment (due to treatment received at another practice) and every time he was there he was always tr... read more
I've been going to East Greenbush Animal Hospital for over 9 years - always a good experience!
We have brought our pugs to EGAH for years. We are so pleased with the care they receive. Dr. Chew is skilled, caring and a pleasure to see each time we visit. I highly recommend this wonderful practice.
