On 04/19/2016 I dropped my puppy off to get spayed . If your dog has fleas there is a $60.00 fee . She doesn't have fleas . How do you know ? Because I have three dogs, check them all of the time and use K-9 Advantage. Plus she was at the Critter Clippers on 04/16/2016 and had a flea bath. She has had diarrhea ever since we brought her home. Hate to bring her back there , the help is so freakin " rude "
Very disappointed customer......I called to get my pets heart worm medication the other day.The receptionist said I couldn't get it because I was supposed to have made an appointment a week prior( which I wasn't aware of) regardless,it was a week off ,not a year off of the date that the appointment should be made.All of my pets other shots have been completely up to date ( even the unnecessary shots that they don't need to give as frequently as they do).The receptionist made it completely impossible and a long drawn out orde... read more
Brought my sick kitty in. shes only 2 and suddenly became ill. ran tests to find kidney issues.. which i know could still be treated. she told us our baby had no hope and we should euthanize her. I asked vet Rachel to explain and she became rude and didnt even treat our kitty. then we took kitty to the 24 hour clinic in Latham and they took her right in , put her on IV and told us next 24 hours may be tough but that there was hope and that they treat this often. Highway Robbery! The people are extremely nice - but they will try to get every cent out of you even if the animal doesn't need it. I have been taking my dogs there for the last several years. Never did they tell me that my dog was overweight, and all of a sudden your dog needs to lose 20 lbs, we need to do all these x-rays and blood tests. We used to get a discount if we brought them in at the same time, but they took that away too.
