How I was kept up on what to expect during my procedure and answering my questions after procedure. Very professional and helpful practice so glad I chose to go to this practice.
As always.. service was prompt and outstanding.
I went there to have a re check on a problem area by my dentist. They got me in immediately and re-assured me all was good. I alternate between them and dentist every three moniths, I feel I get the best advise and care available at this office. Everyone is great there!

Dr. Cain and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and quick. I had a procedure yesterday and was in and out in 30 minutes!
From entrance to exit, the people, process, and technology are excellent. The staff are responsive to questions and communications, patient, and professional. Dr. Cain takes time to make you feel comfortable with the procedure and explain everything to expect. No surprises with him. Would definitely recommend for any procedure. Costs are also reasonable comparatively.

The hygienist were very kind and mindful of how I felt and what I needed to be comfortable they were very attentive and concerned for my welfare.
DR. Cain and his staff made me feel comfortable with the level of care they were proposing. Getting several other quotes and treatment plans from other professionals from Knoxville to Nashville, all were held in comparison to Dr Cain's plan.He offered the most inclusive and comprehensive plan for my treatment than the others.
