The hygienist were very kind and mindful of how I felt and what I needed to be comfortable they were very attentive and concerned for my welfare.
DR. Cain and his staff made me feel comfortable with the level of care they were proposing. Getting several other quotes and treatment plans from other professionals from Knoxville to Nashville, all were held in comparison to Dr Cain's plan.He offered the most inclusive and comprehensive plan for my treatment than the others. Staff is always friendly & some of the best. Dr. Cain is always friendly & Chris is an excellent hygienist.
Dr. Cain was very informative. He was very good at explaining the treatment and gave us a lot information on wihat and how he would treat the problem. He is very knowledgable, Would recommend him.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and cared about patient comfort. Dr. Cain was exceptional and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly. Upon check-out, I felt well-informed and confident in my treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr. Cain for periodontal care.

From the font desk staff, dental assistants, billing, and of course Dr. Cain, l felt I was in good hands. Everyone was professional, kind, explained procedures and billing. There were follow up procedures and reminders of appointment dates & times. I was confident my procedure would be successful and it was.
