I had my first visit and it was an amazing experience. The doctor and the team take the time to explain everything and get to know you. They took the time to care! I am so happy I selected this facility.
Developed pain over the weekend, with Christmas clsing in, They saw me Monday, and got a consult that day to see if a root canal could save my tooth. Turned out it would have to be removed. They called in medication and set up the appointment for the extraction while I was still at the other office. They take the time to explain options, do outstanding work, and the entire staff shows real teamwork
Felt like I was home as soon as I walked in the door the staff was amazing ?? got back to start my cleaning with almost no wait awesome polish and cleaning very gentle
Well I had a lot I needed done. A sinus lift and my bottom teeth taken out. I did it with only numbing which most people don't do and it was the most comfortable I've ever been at the dentist. I only wanted ibuprofen for the pain and I haven't really hurt once since it was done. Which is insane if you knew what the procedure is. He was very gentle and the staff was so friendly. Catherine is a wonderful dental hygienist! Staff is kind, understanding and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend a better staff at a dentist office than this group.
I'm always apprehensive about going to the dentist because I don't like feeling any pain. Dr. Cain is laid back, soft spoken and very knowledgeable about his practice. During my procedure, I didn't experience any pain then he went over my post surgery instructions and made sure I understood everything. If you're looking for a dentist, I personally recommend Dr. Robert Cain. His entire staff is professional and caring. I promise you want go wrong!!
Very informative wry nice office staff
I was apprehensive since I had never had laser surgery, but the staff and Dr Cain were very reassuring and professional. I never felt any pain during or after surgery. The staff is very polite and helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience.
