Dr Rob takes time to explain the complete plan with me with time for me to ask questions. Includes me in decisions in my plan. Explains discharge instruction- making sure I understand. Feel confident in Dr Rob competence and caring. Been with his practice for 12 years.

My visit was a follow-up of my graft procedure. His evaluation was informative and professionally done. He has a very calming approach. The atmosphere in his office is very pleasant and produces a calming effect.

Professional, explanations about dental issue really good, kind, staff in office very friendly
I absolutely hate going to the dentist I’ve very rarely ever had a good experience, but this was different. Everyone was polite. I was seen quickly. Dr. Pam listened to my previous dental horror story with care and compassion. I came in to talk about permanent dentures. She explained to me my options, costs, pros and cons and why ppl choose the ones they do. I think I may have found a safe place to help me get my smile restored.
I couldn’t have been more pleased about coming to Dr Cain’s practice, everyone from the front desk to the workers in the back they couldn’t have been any nicer!
The staff are very pleasant and anxious to meet my needs in a professional manner. Dr. Cain is a very pleasant professional person. He explained my oral care needs and proceeded in providing my care in a gentle timely way.
Dr.CAIN changed my life, I hadn’t smiled in years!
