Dr. Cain does a very good job communicating options and their pro and cons. He does very good work and will help you if you have a concern/need following a procedure.
The staff has repeatedly worked with me to understand the procedures and implications. Today they went an extra mile to address one of my concerns.
Dr. Cain and his staff were professional, kind, knowledgeable, and it was one of the best second opinion appointments I ever made! Dr. Cain explained everything so nicely, and I learned a lot of things I hadn’t known prior. I can, without any hesitation, recommend East Tennessee Periodontics! What a blessing!
Needed help with an implant- call, returned call with excellent advice including an immediate appointment… Dr Pam explains the whys to what happened, repaired issue and explain what to do if happens again - call her directly. I managed to chip a tooth on a Friday. On Monday morning I called for an appointment and was scheduled that same day at noon. While I did have a 30 minute wait, I did not mind at all since I was so grateful to be seen the same day I called. Dr. Vinea not only smoothed out my tooth, he took the time to make it look as good as possible. As a partnership with Dr Rob and Dr Pam, today I had model of my mouth for my next implant. They use a wand which makes pictures of my mouth for the lab. No more purple ‘stuff’ in mouth trays. Fast and effective new methodology. In and out quickly. Once again great visit.
Took the time to explain everything, made sure I understood what was needed to improve my dental health. Staff very professional and kind.
Dr. Cain did a great job of explaining my periodontal condition and probable causes. I have scheduled my surgery, and have confidence that him and his staff will do a great job for me. The office is clean and well maintained, and the staff are very professional and friendly.
