This was my initial visit with Dr. Cain, and was impressed with the overall experience, with Dr. Cain and his staff. Every step of my treatment plan was reviewed along with estimated cost, full transparency, no surprises down the road
Outstanding! From the initial consult Dr Cain explained the problem in depth, created a treatment plan, followed it precisely, and obtained the desired results. The attending staff, always friendly and upbeat, supported Doc's every move during treatment in a well rehearsed ballet. and the caring staff providing follow-up have always been very helpful, friendly, and always professional. I'm very pleased with their efforts to restore my dental health.
His observation of my care needs and his explanation of procedures planned put me at ease during my follow-up procedure.
Late on Wednesday afternoon was the appointment. From the greetings on the phone to the experience in the chair with medical staff, everyone was pleasant and upbeat. Visit with the doctor started on time and he took extra time to explain the few questions that I had about my issues. Totally felt at ease from the time I walked in the door.

One is often apprehensive about a dental disease exam, but he explained everything to my satisfaction, answered all my questions and even provided a thorough explanation of my problem through an x-ray. My wait time was less than five minutes, and he did not rush the appointment. Dr. Cain encouraged me to ask any questions I might have about my procedure. I had a bone graft yesterday and it went fine. I had very little pain from the shots. The at-home instructions were very clear.
I was not nervous at all after my consultation. Dr Cain explained everything and answered all of my questions.
I am having multiple visits with both Doctors. I find both Dr. Cains to be exceptional in their fields. I am having excellent results with several phases to my dental care. They are professional, have a state of the art facility, excellent dental assistants and office staff. Covid protocol is top notch. I highly recommend both Drs.
