Currently getting an implant. Dr Cain answered all my questions and provided additional tips for my recovery. He was gentle and knowledgeable in his care. He and his staff have training in the most current procedures. He is also my periodontist. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Cain is very professional and personable. His staff is attentive during procedures to help keep the patient as comfortable as possible.The contemporary office spaces are clean and outfitted with modern dental equipment. I consistently receive excellent care and results at East Tennessee Periodontics.

This was the first time I have needed the specialized services of a periodontist. Dr. Cain gave me the confidence to trust his experience and judgement. The procedure progressed as he had described and two followup appointments confirmed all was successful. All members of his staff were welcoming, professional and made me feel comfortable. In the future if I require his services again, I will not hesitate to return to his practice.
Dr Robert Cain performed two tissue graft surgeries for me; one in October and one in December. He explained the procedure to me, and was kind, gentle and understanding. I will definitely recommend him to my associates.
