Our Dutch Shepherd/Belgian Malinois mix stood her ground and defended our property against a pit bull and second large dog Monday evening. She ended up with a torn/severed muscle in her chest. It was good to know there is an off-hours emergency clinic in the area, as all the vets near DeKalb/New Boston were closed. They saw Maggie and completed surgery to repair her muscle that night. We brought her home yesterday morning and she is doing really well. The staff were very kind and professional, great with people and with anim... read more
On a late Friday night I was able to bring in my one year old schnauzer for a quick diagnosis after he had accidentally swallowed a Schick razor head blade. After x-rays it was determined that he would be okay. Also, my veterinarian was contacted by ETPE concerning my dog’s treatment so that a follow up call could be made a coupon days later. Thank you East Texas Pet Emergency!
We took our Coton de Tulear puppy in with an apparent bad tummy ache and more and after tests and treatment, the next morning he was good as new.
The building was immaculate despite waiting about 45 minutes for a room. The staff was amazing! They were efficient in diagnosing my dog with pancreatitis and they treated my dog very well. The pricing was decent for the emergency exam, treatment, and meds to go home with. Panda is feeling much better today and we thankfully caught the issue efficiently and quickly. He will follow up with his primary vet tomorrow.
These folks are wonderful! So much appreciate their expertise and care.
They were great with our baby. Our Shih Tzu has had pneumonia and needed oxygen therapy and they were able to provide him the oxygen he needed throughout the night. Thank you ET Per Emergency

Thank you for trusting us with your furbaby, we are so glad we could help!
Amazing awesome experience with Cody Smith and Dr Courtney Martin. Kind, patient, caring and compassionate with our 75 pounder that got into some poison. We also thought the charge was very reasonable considering it was an emergency visit and we highly recommend. These two women were phenomenal
