RecommendedEach time we have visited the Emergency Clinic, staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. They understood the urgency of the situation and always get our babies back as quickly as possible. From the front desk, to the techs, to the vets themselves, I have always felt in great hands. It is obvious they are people who truly love animals and are passionate about their care. I never feel rushed or dismissed. My babies always receive the absolute best care.
RecommendedI was shocked how wonderful my experience was at this facility. I'm not going to lie...I dreaded walking into the place because I have heard for ages now that they only care about the money and they won't even acknowledge your pet emergency until you pay them. That is NOT true. We walked in and before we even had the clipboard filled out, they had my dog in the back, evaluating her injuries. RecommendedBeen going here for years. They’ve always helped my dogs through their emergencies. I’ve really liked all the vets and techs. Always capable, kind and caring. They’ve saved many of my dogs from serious health emergencies over the years. I’ve also used them for urgent care and not necessarily an emergency when I just don’t want to wait until my vet opens up. Highly recommend

RecommendedAbsolutely amazing team! Our puppy decided to sneak inside and ate 18 no-bake cookies in about 30 seconds! I called them and they got him in immediately, explained all they needed to do and took great care of him! Thankful they were available at 9:30pm!

RecommendedMy dog started coughing 9pm/Fri evening. Our vet wasn’t open Saturday. When I called I let them know it wasn’t an emergency….asked if he should be seen, to get ahead of this….or I would be willing to wait until our vet opened Monday. They said bring him in 😊 We were given an anti-inflammatory Rx. By Monday his cough was gone 🙌 All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional 🐶😊
