RecommendedBane my Cane Corso appeared to have gotten bit by a brown recluse. Not sure, but it had some type of infection on his face. Bad! So my daughter and I took him in to East Texas Pet Emergency. Being a Cane Corso and the staff not knowing him caused a bit of a mess. He was acting badly, lunging and growling. He was not showing his best side, he was scared and hurt. What they couldn’t know was he always puts on a show when he is hurt. But he has never bit anyone. After they tried everything they knew and they tried everything... read more

RecommendedThe East Texas Pet Emergency Vet has become my go-to for weekends and after-hours pet emergencies. The staff is compassionate, knowledgeable, and treats both pets and their owners with kindness and respect. Knowing they are there when my regular vet is closed gives me great peace of mind. They provide excellent care and truly go above and beyond when it matters most. I highly recommend them to any pet owner.

RecommendedTook my 16 year old dog there due to accidental fall. The doctor and staff were excellent! Got us back quickly. Correctly assessed her condition. Gave her the correct treatment and within 10 mins she was back to normal, with no further issues. Handled her with care and had the patience to answer all my questions. Hope not to have to go back, but would not hesitate, if a situation did arise that needed medical treatment.

RecommendedThere’s nothing worse than a pet emergency especially when you’re out of town! I’m so thankful for an observant pet sitter that took notice and acted quickly. East Texas Pet Emergency took control and calmly explained over the phone the plan for my precious fur baby. I’m thankful for their calm demeanor and reassurance when I was so far away. I do not remember their names and for that I do apologize. Just know I appreciate each and everyone who was involved in Ella’s care. I’m forever grateful for all of you! Your patience,... read more

RecommendedSuch lovely people and a clean, calm environment for stressed out pet parents! Everyone was so kind and I felt that my pets were very well taken care of when I had to bring them in at different times for different issues. The vets talked me through everything and I received an itemized bill for the services I paid for. I will always bring my pets here for any emergency!

RecommendedThey were absolutely amazing during a really stressful time for us. We were seen quickly, and every single person we interacted with was so kind and compassionate. They took the time to ask a lot of questions and truly tried to get to the root of what’s been an ongoing issue for our dog. What really stood out was how much time they spent with us- we never felt rushed, and it was clear they genuinely cared. They even recommended a new primary vet at our request, and thanks to that, we were able to get in the very next day. T... read more
