My dog started coughing 9pm/Fri evening. Our vet wasn’t open Saturday. When I called I let them know it wasn’t an emergency….asked if he should be seen, to get ahead of this….or I would be willing to wait until our vet opened Monday. They said bring him in 😊 We were given an anti-inflammatory Rx. By Monday his cough was gone 🙌 All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional 🐶😊

we had given our dog two ibuprofen. Found out it was toxic to dogs! Our vet was closed so they told me to bring my dog here. These people were so good with Lucy. They gave her meds to throw up and after a while we were on our way home. Kudo's to this night time staff!!

From the initial phone call to the clinic, through to the end of our visit, we could not have asked for anything better. The receptionist was polite, efficient and caring. The doctor was very professional and caring. She explained things to us so we understood what we were dealing with. In the scheme of the world, and compared to the other things I’m sure they experience in a days work, our emergency was not near as bad as it could have been, but to us it was a stressful event. We had an emergency situation with a one and a half pound baby Pomeranian. We got there and they immediately took her from us and rushed her to the back and put all the focus on her! The vet was 100% informative and engaging and kept us in the loop through the whole time. She didn’t make snap decisions without thinking things through and got her stable and resting. We had to make 3 emergency vet visits in the last month which ultimately left us without our sweet boy Chino. Dr Baillie is by far the best veterinarian we could have asked for. She was very informative and laid out all of our options. She was there when we had to put him down and truly wouldn’t have wanted anyone else there. She softly gave us bad news and ways to try to help and what she believed would happen in the future. Very professional and knowledgeable. Also they were so kind and caring. From the receptionist.and vet techs as well as Dr. Bankson, they're all amazing. They took such good care of my dog Stella, after being bit by a Copperhead.
