This was a first time experience for me, having a car shipped and easy auto ship made it easy. The only things that could have made it better is 1. It took a full 8 days to get my car when I really expected it in 6 days and 2. They promised communication along the way and really the driver only called me at the end to figure out delivery. But both those issues do not compare with the the excellent results of having my car with me.
Great experience. Submitted a quote request online and received a quote within a day from Lindsay. I was shipping a car from a Copart auction facility in Wyoming to California, so my situation was a bit unique. Had a conversation with Brandon where he honestly and in detail explained the process and that he thought the initial quote might be a bit low and they might have trouble getting a driver out to pick up my vehicle. As you know shipping a vehicle can be extremely difficult, confusing, and expensive. At some points you don’t know if your making the right decision. I felt all of this until I spoke with Hassan S***** from easy auto ship! He made my experience so comfortable. He explains anything I’m confused about in perfect detail. He’s made sure my price was fair. He has also made me feel safe with this company! I have never spoke with such professional and comforting customer service representative. I compared several car transport companies and I spoke with them twice before deciding to use them. Having not shipped a car before, I had a lot of questions. I worked with Charity and she was very helpful. I was more than impressed with the entire process...it was better than I expected. They were very quick to respond to questions, even on the weekend. I shipped 3 separate vehicles using Easy Auto Ship and I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the service provided! Ms. Gail was an ultimate professional, she made follow up calls prior to pick up, in transit, and after delivery on ALL 3 shipments! Whenever I ship a vehicle again I WILL use Easy Auto ship! Easy Auto Ship was great to use for shipping my new car from Sunnyvale to Austin. Gillian, customer support representative was in regularly contact letting me know when the driver would get my car. The car picked was delayed a day ,but arrived on the date they communicated earlier with no issues. The driver was very nice too and helped me with car even after it was off the truck.Gary , from Accounts team was also very helpful and Flexible to reach out for any immediate help needed. I would recommend using Easy Auto Ship.
Easy Auto Ship was fantastic ! I had a terrible contact with N**** and they completely flubbed getting the job (promise to ship it at a too low price and then refuse to list it, and then block others from listing it ... ) From my first contact with Easy "Zeke" took care of me.
