The customer service was great. They quoted me a price and there were no hidden charges. They were prompt and the driver was very helpful and patient. My car was picked up and was delivered in good condition. I would recommend them. The only thing I was surprised about was the carrier truck. It was a enclosed trailer that only held two cars but it was ok because it got the job done. I took pictures of the truck my car and the driver. The pickup was a couple of hours late as was the delivery but for going 2,000 miles and getting there on the date specified they did much better than my furniture movers. The customer service, both on the phone and the drivers was very good.

I transported my daughter's car from Buffalo to California and was very pleased with their service from start to finish. The rate was very competitive and service was great. We live in Canada, so a pick up was arranged in Buffalo. The driver came in time as promised and picked up the car. The car was delivered as promised. I am very happy with their service and surely recommend them.
