Great customer service from shipping arrangement to the actual delivery. I never shipped a car before but needed one shipped from St Petersburg, Florida to the Milwaukee area. Stephanie was there to walk me through the process, answer all my questions and arrange the shipment. Carlos delivered the vehicle in its pick-up condition using a enclosed carrier 4 days later. It really was easy with great service. I will use Easy Auto Ship again.
Easy Auto Ship was great to use for shipping my new car from Portland to Minneapolis. My contact communicated with my regularly letting me know when the driver would get my car. The car arrived on the date they said it would with no issues. The driver was very nice too and helped me with car even after it was off the truck. I would recommend using Easy Auto Ship.
I am a returning customer. I called Charity and she was able to give a fast quote. Once I determined I was getting the car, I contacted her right away. She was fast, efficient and found a carrier on the next business day. Her communication was great, keeping me informed every step of the way. The carrier was very nice, professional, fast and delivered my car on time, as scheduled by Easy Auto Ship. I will use Easy Auto Ship (Charity) in the future, for sure.

I couldn't be happier about the outstanding service I received for Easy Auto Ship and my service rep, Gail B****. My 38 Ford Coupe arrived to me in California, on TIME and in the same condition it left Texas. My driver, Brent was on the phone with me the whole time, give me updates and offering to deliver my car where I wanted it and on my schedule.
