Bottom line ... we needed the car at a marina in MD before we arrived by boat from FL. The car arrived a day before we did. Jeanette was very helpful. Jeannette quoted us a very good price ... better than most. Ultimately however she had to raise the price because she couldn’t get any one to do the job. Bait and switch? Who knows.... The ultimate price was in line with other bids we got. Jeanette is very knowledgeable and extraordinarily professional in an industry with a chaotic business model.

my son's car arrive on time and no problem at all. Nice job.
First time shipping a car and everything went well. I will say they need to give you more notice of pick up and delivery. I was told Friday and the driver called Thursday to say he was in town already. I had other plans but the driver worked with me.

Transported my car from Texas to Arizona. My agent, Traci, was very nice- though while my car was in transit there seemed to be a communication lapse. Ultimately my car was delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
