I called DIY as a last resort when I had been screwed over multiple times by the company I usually use to transport.. I figured they were going to charge me an outrageous amount for my transport after reading other reviews but I was wrong. The rate was fair and they were honest and upfront with me from the first phone call I made to them. (I know how this works from multiple car transports already). DIYtransport really came through in the clutch helping me ship a Car I had bought online. It was a real pain in the you know what trying to get that car shipped until I called DIY

Excellent communication, great staff to speak with, fast delivery of driver to fit our needs.
DIY was not the highest or the lowest quote but it was the only one that said it could/would meet my due dates from pick-up in Los Angeles to delivery in Austin, TX over a holiday weekend. They kept me posted with calls and e-mails. The driver was within an hour of the agreed time for pick-up. He was great. The truck was spotless. Delivery was on time. I would use them again.
