Chris B. at DIY was great. After dealing with two other transportation companies trying to get my sons truck back home and dealing with all the excuses and lack of communication. He was put in a tough situation to pick up the slack from the two that had failed. He stuck to his word and kept me up to date on every detail. I have had many cars shipped and I have got to tell you this was the best experience I have ever had.Gail was awesome she worked with me on the price and the car was picked up and delivered 3 days before it was supposed to.I wii definitely use them again,very professional and great follow up.

This is my second time using DIY transport. The Customer Service is wonderful, I worked with Charity both times and she is awesome! Which is the reason I used them the second time. This last time the driver was 2 days late picking up my vehicle this is the reason why I’m giving 3 stars vs. 5 stars..But other then that I would recommend this company compared to other companies I’ve contacted in the past. They are the most professional and respectful.

Charity and everyone else at DYI Transport were very helpful, attentive and understood and accommodated all of our requests. They were able to process our order quickly and kept us in the loop the entire way through the process. I would highly recommend using them to ship another vehicle! Thank you for everything!!

I have to tell you, this company is on it. This is my second experience trucking a car across the country. The first sucked. I was quoted $800 for transportation. The day before the car was due to be moved they called me and said it was $1500, cuz the could find a transporter. I told them to "F" off!!!! and finally got a company for $1100. Nathan has been very helpful from the beginning , highly recommend this company for any of your transportation needs . Great job for a great low price. The cars arrived in perfect condition. I had asked for my two vehicles to be moved from New York to Missouri City Texas.

I was very impressed by the communication from DIY. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful,and entergetic. My car was picked up a day or three earlier than I thought. Home from Los Angeles to near Ann Arbor area, a couple days earlier than I expected. I am very much pleased with the entire process. Karrie, you are awesome!!!
