Five stars does not do this company justice, I'd recommend them to everyone I know! P.S. I did not have to utilize their compensation plan, but it was a great selling point. The plan states that if they are unable to get your car to your location within 14 business days, they give you a rental car - free of charge - until your car is delivered! My Second time using Easy Auto Ship and will use them next year. The agent, ****, was superb in putting the details in place. The driver, *****, kept me informed each day and delivered as promised. He is a most responsible and respectful gentleman. This is my sixth auto ship experience and the first four were extremely difficult companies. I finally found EASY auto Ship, the best transporters for my vehicles. What a relief!
*** and the team at Rasy Auto Ship were very easy to work with. They were informative, patient, *** helpful throughout the process of shipping my car. They discussed options and clearly explained the process. They also went above and beyond to call me, keep me updated, and to check on me. Having a car shipped can be stressful with uncertainty however they really took my fears away with their customer service and care. And the price was decent. Thank you!

Both **** and ******* were very helpful and responsive. The driver dispatched, *******, effectively communicated pick time, informed on a slight delay and why, and still delivered the car timely without issue. I was very pleased with the experience.

Easy Auto Ship was great. My contact ****** was awesome and was always reachable. What wasn't good was the company that towed the car - ************************** They gave me one hour notice to be home for the car and a day early (not complaining about being a day early though) and then told me they won't take a certified check which is what Easy Auto Ship insisted I have.
