The Representative we talked to was patient in explaining the process, courteous and helpful, but the process took longer than we expected. When we didn't hear from them four days after the initial date that the car was available for pickup, we called to get an update. It was explained that there was a backup because of the holidays and the weather. ***** was absolutely the best. I needed to ship my car from North ***** to the ************** coast during the holidays. He responded promptly to my texts and kept me updated. Once my car had a ride the drivers kept me posted on their progress and even delivered it safely a few days ahead of schedule in the same condition it left *****. I would definitely recommend this company for shipping your car.
I had heard so many horror stories about car transport companies but I am overjoyed with care my shipment received in getting my BME from ****** to ***********. *****, the car transport driver, was terrific, kind, considerate and very reassuring. The car arrived early at my daughters place. I cant recommend them highly enough!
Easy Auto Ship broker, *****, was very informative, patiently explaining the entire process as I was a first time customer and pretty nervous. He kept me posted as to pickup, delivery, and cost, and the driver was efficient and pleasant. My car arrived in the same condition as it left my son's home. I would use this company again.

This was my first time shipping a vehicle and I had a lot to ************-up and delivery dates were a bit difficult because I didn't want my vehicle to arrive before 1/5. Easy Auto Ship arranged for my tiny travel trailer to come from ********* to the ** border (we live in ******). The agents at Easy Ship are professional, courteous and know their business. The driver stayed in touch throughout the transport and we were easily able to coordinate the exact delivery time and place.
