**** was great to deal with, very organized and eased any fears we might've had on transport of our trailer. Easy Auto Ship was recommended by our trailer dealer, and they made a good choice. Everything was straightforward, rates reasonable, communication excellent and great follow through. He has a good crew of drivers and we had a good experience with ****, the driver. Would highly recommend this outfit.
Easy Auto Ship came through for me. **** as awesome. They stuck to their quoted price and got me an auto transport/driver within the short time frame I needed for my 2 cars. My cars were delivered promptly and in good condition. Driver was super polite and easy to work with. Absolutely no bull no games just straight up great service. The driver was on time on both ends. Dont waste your time with the other carriers. I would recommend them to everyone ***
I can't complain! I initially had another transport company in mind but after going through that other company's BBB I grew concerned. After reading the content of the complaints (or complements) for this company I found them to be reachable (which is what I wanted), reasonable (I'm reasonable too!) and reliable. Great customer service! Some miscommunication between the dispatcher, driver, and representative from Easy Auto Ship but concerns were cleared up quickly & car was delivered in good condition within the specified time frame.
