Everything was great! I had been working with our CSR **** for 6 months in coordinating the transfer from ***** to *************. The driver picked up our vehicles in a timely manner and was very polite. We received our vehicles in 3 days in the condition that they were sent in. I would not hesitate to use Easy Auto Ship again or recommend them. They live up to their name. *****************.
Overall they did a good job. They were able to accommodate my last minute request for a small change in pickup date and delivered the car on the date the driver discussed with us. The only hassle is with the payment. Easy auto says you can pay cash, certified check or PayPal. In fact the driver would only take cash. This creates a problem if you are not the person picking up the car on the other end. It would be easier if they accepted Credit Cards, even if they had to charge a little more.
Easy did a fine job shipping my car from Louisville, Ky to Savannah, Ga. It all happened in less than a week. It was a seamless transaction and I’m very pleased. My Easy rep, Anthony, offered a competitive price, made me comfortable. I wanted to do business with a top rated auto transporter. Easy made it easy. Highly recommend

I called EAS in a panic because the company I’d had booked for months completely failed to line up a driver. I was leaving the state and had to get the car squared away first. Anthony and others were good at communicating during the waiting period. The car took 6 days to arrive. All went well with the transfer. No one tells you that if a company can’t get a driver, they just keep telling you to wait, they’re trying until it’s too late. EAS came through when I needed it after the other company flaked.
