I was dreading transporting my car across the country, but in the end, it wasn't difficult. I got a quote online, but also called to ask a few questions. I was surprised that the person who took my call was also the customer service agent who helped me in the online chat (admittedly, I thought the online chat wasn't a real person). My job was assigned to a carrier and pick-up occurred within a week. This was a easy and great process. They had someone pick my vehicle up the exact same day and had it delivered to the same day as well. Thr communication was great and I would absolutely work with them again!
Everything went smooth from the initial contact to the transporting of the vehicle. The pricing was transparent and the turnaround time from time of pick up to the delivery was fantastic. I am glad we chose Easy Auto Ship and would highly recommend it to our friends and family.
Not really sure how all this worked in the beginning, Easy ship is a broker, not a direct carrier. The customer service I experienced from EAS was great. The carrier assigned was fantastic all the way through delivery. The driver Val has the best attitude his truck and trailer were top-notch. My vehicle did not run making it a bit hard to load and unload. he was very professional and took care as if it was his own.
REAL COMPANY! I have had quotes given to me and then they require ****s of dollars when they pick up that was not stated in the agreement! THIS COMPANY IS NOT ONE OF THEM! They replied quickly and were able to get the job done the same day!! Thank you so much for everything!! Highly Recommend!!
Shipping our vehicles from ********* to ******* was seamless. ****** was communicative and professional the entire time. It was also so refreshing to interact with a company that did what they said when they said. We would call them again in a minute.

They were very helpful, friendly and easy to reach. The company they ended up choosing was on time and he was also easy to reach. The car arrived in good condition with no damage and he changed the drop off location with no issue when I asked.
