good communication, close coordination with customer and vendor, very pleased with their service.
Easy Auto Ship was great. My contact ****** was awesome and was always reachable. What wasn't good was the company that towed the car - ************************** They gave me one hour notice to be home for the car and a day early (not complaining about being a day early though) and then told me they won't take a certified check which is what Easy Auto Ship insisted I have. Outstanding from beginning to end. My vehicle delivery was even 1 hr and 30 minutes early!!! Top Notch!!
After being jilted at the alter by a different company, we reached out to Easy Auto Ship. They couldnt have done anything more to exceed our expectations! The contract, pickup, and drop off all went smoothly and were beyond pleased. Bravo!

They were very easy to deal with. Received a call back and information in a timely fashion... and cars were picked up and delivered hassle free!
Easy Auto Ship communicated well and delivered my SUV without damage. The price was very reasonable and I would use them again. My only concern was for the well-being of the driver. The driver picked my SUV up from *****, ***** around 6:30 PM on Tuesday night and delivered my SUV to ***********, ** at ~ 5:30 PM on Friday that same week. I'm not sure driving that far across the country in 3 days is safe for the driver or others on the road who may be driving next to a potentially sleep-deprived driver. I dealt with **** at EAS and was VERY happy with this company from start to finish!!! My car was delivered on the exact date I asked for, and the company that handled the actual delivery was awesome! I highly recommend EAS!!! ??

Moving out of state and need 2 Vehicles shipped. I was very nervous because this my first time to ship vehicles. Easy Auto Ship took my worry out of me. They are very professional, and good communications. Their price was reasonable. They delivered my vehicles safe and sound and timely matter. I will use Easy Auto Ship again. Highly recommended.
