Easy Auto Ship came through when I thought they wouldn't. My wife flew to the city of pickup based my agreement with EAS. We were notified the a driver had was hired and that he would be at the location on a Monday. I reached out to the driver directly to confirm the pickup on the Friday prior, not a friendly person, but that was fine, just need to get the car from point A to B. I had to ship a vehicle from ******* to ************** on short notice. I called Easy Auto Ship and spoke to a gentleman named ****. He immediately got on top of things and was able to pick up my car the next day and have it shipped to my house. This auto ship was the best auto shipping experience I have had.They were careful with our car and got it to us quickly. I will use them again if I ever need this type of service.
I had a great experience with Easy Auto Ship. They kept me informed through the process, delivery was quick and the car arrrived unscathed. The only hiccup I experienced concerned paying the driver. The broker's rep told me I could pay the driver via Paypal, but the driver did not have an account. I had $750 in cash at the house just in case, so I was able to pay the driver and he released the car to me. I definitely would use Easy Auto Ship again.
They did exactly what they said they would do which is extremely rare in that business. Avoid all the bait and switch companies and stick with the proven performers. These guys are proven as far as Im concerned. My car arrived in perfect condition, on time and without any drama or price changes. Thats a win.
