Great customer service, but the drivers they found were not that good. First driver would listen to me about not leaving key in the car and left it in the ignition while doing the pre inspection and we spent 21/2 hours trying to get the key out. It was a valet key, the alarm went off and i had to disconnect the battery, so he was unable to take the car. I’ve shipped vehicles a few times before, and EAS was easily the best company I’ve worked with. The process was seamless and the contact was timely throughout the process. I would recommend them highly for all vehicle shipping.

Abby was absolutely fabulous to work with. She always kept me informed of what was going on and was so helpful. The car was shipped and got to its destination without problems. I highly recommend this company.
Their name "EasyAutoShip" accurately describes our experience. Two cars shipped across the country and everything went according to what they said. Only recommendation for them is a little more heads up before cars arrival -- we got a call when the driver was 10 minutes away and had to scramble to get the cash (or money order/cashier's check) payment in time.
Communication between myself and the reps at Easy Auto Ship was not great. The person I spoke with on the phone acted a little too familiar with me, and don't get me wrong, I swear like a sailor sometimes, but I choose my audience, and when I have to speak with people on the phone for my job, I would never dream of using such colorful language or disparaging the competition. It was a breeze working wirh this company. Also, the company they used to transport the vehicle was excellent. The driver called in advance to let me know when to expect him to pick up and deliver the vehicle. Excellent service. Thank you.
