This was my first time shipping a vehicle and I had a lot to ************-up and delivery dates were a bit difficult because I didn't want my vehicle to arrive before 1/5. I selected Easy Auto Ship because of their good reviews and ratings with BBB, etc. The representative was patient, professional and responsive and was a good portion of the reason I chose EAS. Easy to get a ********** to sign up. ( with ****.) Superior pick up and delivery with *******. He is a one man band for the company. A TOTALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE

I had never shipped a car before and had many questions.We were leaving ********** for ******* Christmas week. *********************** walked me through the process and answered them.Pick up was done quickly and efficiently and the car was delivered in a timely fashion.I would definitely use Easy Auto shipping again

Easy Auto Ship arranged for my tiny travel trailer to come from ********* to the ** border (we live in ******). The agents at Easy Ship are professional, courteous and know their business. The driver stayed in touch throughout the transport and we were easily able to coordinate the exact delivery time and place. The driver was also professional and courteous, he knew exactly how to safely unload my trailer from the flat deck, and we were on our way within 30 minutes. Amazing! Absolutely wonderful experience! The shipping process was quick, easy and smooth. The drivers were amazing and stayed in contact throughout the trip. Easy Ship made a very stressful time so much easier! I would definitely use them again! :) ******* was fantastic and responsive and worked with my ever changing circumstances.

There is not a single thing....not one...that Easy Auto Ship could have done to make my experience with them better. Simply fantastic. Honestly, I was quite the pain in the a** customer because I had to change my pickup time SEVERAL times due to issues on the seller's end. Every time, **** and his team at Easy Auto Ship made the changes without any issue or complaint. They all sympathized with me and just changed the date. Easy auto ship was very professional and they got things done. Excellent customer service, kept me informed the whole time.Reasonable, and they really did take the worry out of shipping a car. It was my first time and they put me at ease. Great job!
