They stuck to their quote, and I was able to pay with a credit card to make things easier. There was a delay as the assigned truck broke down before car pick up. The newly assigned truck was easy to work with and delivered the car ahead of schedule. No damage to the vehicle just understandably a bit dirty from a cross country trip. And they stuck to their initial quote. On budget and on time.
I was a little skeptical since this was my first time shipping a car. **** was super helpful and professional throughout the process. He answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. They arranged pick up for my car in just two hours, for cross country shipping. There was a misunderstanding with the truck driver regarding the luggage in my car trunk. A phone call to **** and he resolved this issue on the spot.
Tried with another shipper who in over 2 weeks could not get a transport arranged. Had one within 24hr w EasyAutoShip, he came within a couple days and actually was available to deliver 2 days earlier than expected. Great service!

Shipping my suv with easy auto ship, was one of the best experiences of my life. Driver came exactly when promised to pick up my suv, and delivered it a few hours earlier than promised, I didn't even have to rent a car! If I could give easy auto ship ten stars I would. For folks reading this review, if you are looking for the BEST company to ship your vehicle, do yourself a favor look no further than easy auto ship you will be very happy you did, I certainly am.
These guys are AWESOME! Thank you ***** Best customer service around! They really walk the talk not just giving you the run around. They found a carrier and the car was literally picked up 3 hours later! I was amazed!!! Communication was great along the way! I highly recommend EASY AUTO SHIP!!! ??%!!!!!
Car was delivered ahead of schedule, drivers were very nice and courteous. The process was very easy, ******* kept in contact with me for updates until car was scheduled for pick up. My overall experience was very good and I would recommend Easy Auto Ship to my family and friends.
