I'm very happy with Easy Auto Ship. I paid for "priority" shipping to transport my car from **** to ******* on a Monday, received car on Thursday--4 days later! The process was easy, I was able to track my car cross country, and the person I worked with (*************************) was helpful and answered all my questions. What a great experience! We spent weeks reading reviews, getting quotes, having people constantly email, text and call us. I was dreading transporting my car across the country, but in the end, it wasn't difficult. I got a quote online, but also called to ask a few questions. I was surprised that the person who took my call was also the customer service agent who helped me in the online chat (admittedly, I thought the online chat wasn't a real person). This was a easy and great process. They had someone pick my vehicle up the exact same day and had it delivered to the same day as well. Thr communication was great and I would absolutely work with them again!
Everything went smooth from the initial contact to the transporting of the vehicle. The pricing was transparent and the turnaround time from time of pick up to the delivery was fantastic. I am glad we chose Easy Auto Ship and would highly recommend it to our friends and family.
Not really sure how all this worked in the beginning, Easy ship is a broker, not a direct carrier. The customer service I experienced from EAS was great. The carrier assigned was fantastic all the way through delivery. The driver Val has the best attitude his truck and trailer were top-notch. My vehicle did not run making it a bit hard to load and unload. he was very professional and took care as if it was his own.
