I moved coast-to-coast, and I knew keeping my car was best financial choice. Seeing Easy Auto Ship had good reviews, I booked a transport. The actual driver and his office manager were friendly, courteous, careful with loading, kept to the timetable, and delivered my car directly to me. The price was right for my budget, and now my own car is in my new driveway. Great Job! Thanks to all!
Very easy to use on the going portion. Kept me informed way in advance of pickup. Return wasn’t according to plan. Was told 11-3 for delivery. Then called early in morning to deliver in 10 minutes. Not home at breakfast and driver a little annoyed. But he waited for 39 minutes for me. Car delivered in perfect condition. All in all very good service.
I contacted Easy Auto Ship approximately two weeks before my desired delivery date. They had one of the best prices for an open transport, but they seemed to have great difficulty getting a driver who could make my delivery window. Lindsay contacted me the next-to-last day of my window to ask if, for $50 more, she could book a transport to get my car to me the next day by the time deadline. Richard at Easy Auto Ship delivered as promised. I requested a covered transport but apparently there were very few available. At the last minute I spoke to Richard and we agreed he would find an open transport, but make sure I was placed on top toward the front. He did exactly what we agreed, and it turned out great. Definitely will use them again.
Easy Auto Ship ensured our vehicle was transported safely and efficiently across the country. They explained the process clearly when our companies just put us in the queue. Only hiccup was the payment of the driver. Expected to pay a with Venmo but driver demanded cash.
I haven't experienced such great customer service in a long time. My rep, Abby not only went out of her way to find me a same day carrier, but was warm and reassuring at every step. The driver delivered my vehicle sooner than was promised!
