I know my pets are receiving the best care possible with the doctors and staff at Edinburgh! Everyone takes their time and treats even my most anxious pup with the sweetest demeanor to help her feel comfortable. My dogs who have had surgery recovered beautifully with no complications, and they make routine care very convenient with a variety of office hours.
I absolutely love the staff and my vet, Dr Shane. Our family has 8 pets at the clinic (between my son and I - yes - you have read correctly. Our 8th pet, a little stray kitten- 3 weeks old with a broken femur was seen without apptmt. I walked in after my daughter called me frantically that this little guy was hurt and needed help. Dr Shane has provided excellent cate to all my pets - he has been there during the joys and sorrows (euthanasia). The staff knows me by name. Best Veterinary Clinic in the whole Southside of Chesapeake, VA. They provide EXCELLENT Care, Customer Service, Boarding services. We are regulars at the clinic and the staff at the front desk is super friendly, they are great about giving my nervous dogs extra attention, especially Ricki and Lisa.
