Incompetent receptionists with no sense of urgency. I live out of town and called to see what shots they needed to be groomed next door. They told me one dog was up to date and the other needed 2 shots. When the groomers called them they were told they had no immunization history for one of the dogs. I called back and then had to go through my own records to check and see that one of the dog's rabies vaccination had just expired.
