We started using Edinburgh because it was closer than driving to VB for Bay Beach. We got the bonus of using Bay Beach for emergencies which was nice. Over the years we have seen most of the doctors here and have found each to be kind, considerate and compassionate. They have taken care of all 4 of our dogs and we could not ask for better care and service from the front desk, vet techs and doctors. These people love our animals as much as we do and it shows. Love this office and the people there.
I just moved to the area and needed a local veterinary clinic to take my 2 cats to. I started researching on yelp to see the most recommended places were. I found Edinburgh Animal Hospital in my search and was surprised by the reviews. This location isn't exactly close to home but it was worth the drive. When we moved out here we continued to see our vet in Norfolk because of the great care we always received from them. Honestly, if we still lived in Norfolk, we never would have left Carpenter and Pope but when routine vet visits took 2 or more hours in travel and office time, it was time to make a switch. The stress that the traveling put on our furbabies required a search for a closer doctor. Best Vet's office ever. Everyone is friendly and caring. We have been going there since they opened and wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Prices are reasonable. I have no complaints.
I just took have a senior dog from someone who can't care for him anymore. They were very nice to give me an immediate appointment. The dog has some skin issues and they did several tests. I never felt rushed. Pressured to buy stuff, just honesty and how to procede.
Dr Campbell and the staff at Edinburgh Animal Hospital are friendly, professional and caring. They take the time to listen and make sure that they understood my concerns. It is obvious that the staff at Edinburgh Animal Hospital cares about animals from the moment that you walk in. We decided to go to Edinburgh Animal Hospital based on recommendations from friends and family, and I am glad that we did.
I was referred her by a colleague of the nonprofit I got my kitten from. From the initial phone call to make the appointment, the front desk staff was very precise and polite. I received a reminder call and an email. When arriving I came in and they were very bubbly and welcoming. They had the paperwork ready for me and brought her right into the room around her appointment time with little to no wait. Although I did not come here under the best of circumstances I felt the level of care and compassion shown to me and my beloved pet was great. Being a tech it was different for me to be on the other end and experience the appointment from a client point of view. Thank you for showing me great compassion and empathy during my time there. We saw Dr Price although I don't remember what tech/assistant we saw but she was great and deserve some recognition as well. RIP Fiber
This is a review based on an initial conversation with the receptionist prior to becoming a customer. My husband and I wanted to get estimates of service prior to purchasing our new puppy. I spoke to Elizabeth who was extremely helpful and polite. She explained everything and provided applicable prices.
