Good value for the amenities, cleanliness and location. The waiters, food servers and bartenders, I came across, are not personable and lack people skills. The vibe they give off is that they do not want to be there. Eldorado coffee company prices are ridiculously high and $4 for a medium regular brew cup of coffee and $8 for a medium parfait cup. not including tip LOL Good Value for the amenities and location within Reno. Exceptional I wish the pool and hot tub was open year around The prievisy of the rooms was super nice.

Sistema de localização de reservas péssimo. Uma dificuldade muito grande de localizar minhas reservas. Como eu tinha duas reservas em separado, a segunda não tendo sido encontrada, quase fui explulsa pelo segurança do hotel. Boa localização.

Small room ( but we knew that before), with enough room and amenities. We had dinner at Ruth’s Chris so this worked out Slots aren’t very loose. Drink service slow. Drain in shower slooooow, and hot water took a long time. The resort fees. It’s in the Row. Nice hotel/casino. K-cup coffee, fridge and safe. Comfortable bed.
