Good We asked if we could have a microwave in the room. The host said that they're only for VIPs but he would see what he could do. We never heard anything back from the host. We were staying in a suite on a Tuesday and Wednesday. They weren't really busy so am not sure why they couldn't honor our request or at least let us know on the decision. Exceptional Loved the hot tub in the room, room in general was very comfy and clean. shower was also a really good size. I would stay there again with my family.

Good Luxury room not so luxury. No view. My view was the top of roof and ball. curtain didn't close all the way, sunlight beaming in first thing in the morning Shower was nice, bed was comfortable Refrigerator worked really good Got to see Mark Walberg

What a wonderful birthday experience I arrived to check in and was offered an upgrade on my birthday from Mike the front desk agent. I loved the upgraded room and it made my special day amazing!
