Really enjoyed this hotel. Clean and nice rooms in the new tower. Great service and food is great. Love being in the heart of it.

check in need more staff and friendly people. had to leave a day early. was told since I booked my trip with Expedia there would be no refund for the room also had to pay the resort fee also. even though I checked out a day and a have early. The lady said the only way to get a refund was to booked thru them the next time and not use Expedia.

The El Dorado was perfect for our family, this was our first trip to Reno and the Row had options for our 12 year old and parents. Great location to shops, and the river walk. The pool was a good escape from the heat, though it is small and the beds were on the older side. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely look at the Row resorts for our next Reno stay!
