I relaxed, ate great food, and gambled for my get away. The toilet ran and heard plumbing noises. We had a blackout on Monday but hotel comp me the resort fee for the inconvenience. Our room was great! City lights view, loved the jacuzzi tub, spacious room, and keurig machine.

Good We asked if we could have a microwave in the room. The host said that they're only for VIPs but he would see what he could do. We never heard anything back from the host. We were staying in a suite on a Tuesday and Wednesday. They weren't really busy so am not sure why they couldn't honor our request or at least let us know on the decision. Our room was very cold the first night and the thermostat wouldn't work. For the second night, we did let them know that we weren't getting heat. The maintenance guy did come fix the... read more
