I stayed at the hotel because I like the La Strada restaurant. The heat in my room did not work and no one came to look at it when I called. Unfortunately, in the restaurant, I ordered a bottle of wine and at first, they brought the wrong bottle; then when I told them they did not bring the correct bottle until we were almost done with the meal. The fitness center is quite limited. The check in process is a bit slow. Overall a disappointing stay.

Nice and Quiet Hotel was decent but not as new or updated as Silver Legacy. We came on a weekend they were doing a Santa Crawl and it was insanity but our room was quiet. Clean and well maintained.

It’s old Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is old and needs renovating- popcorn ceilings, no USB ports, smells of old cigarette smoke even though we had a nonsmoking room. Needed a repair person to come to our room after midnight because the heater was stuck on and blowing hot air constantly which make the old musty cigarette smell worse.
