i believe the perrson at check in's name was Colin. super friendly & took care of us with in minutes. we upgraded to a spa room on the 23rd floor. he gave us a corner room so we had a 180 degree view. was worth every penny. room was clean & the b ed was awesome. we had the best service & food at the Roxi we have ever experienced. thank you for the great trip El Dorado!!!

Great value and staff We were very pleasantly surprised as this was our first stay at the Eldorado. The restaurants are good and we really liked the on-premised brewpub. The staff were really helpful and parking was free. The room was very comfortable and clean but outdated. The only real negative is that they have the mandatory "Resort Charge" that has features that are mainly useless to us and used to be free, such as free locals calls. Really. So factor that in.
