Very good There was a rattle noise coming from the AC unit however I used ear plugs to remedy that. The room was great except!

Good place to stay for 1st visit to Reno. Check-in process was mostly easy, I'd booked (via booking.com) a room with a King bed, however when I got to my room, it had 2 queen beds, so I tried calling the front desk to make sure I wasn't given an incorrect room (using the phone in the room) and no one would answer... So I returned to the check-in desk & confirmed there wasn't an error with the room. Very comfortable Be warned $5 to use a computer to print something out, then charges for pages printed. Their business center is not complimentary like most hotels. Great room on 23rd floor - nice view & very quiet.

It serves the purpose for 3 days Food smell throughout the hotel, also in our room on 10th floor! and casino too smokey due to poor a/c or ventilation. Location
