So-So Stay We are local and stayed here for a company Christmas party that was nearby. The first room we checked into smelled like someone was smoking weed into the air ducts. We asked to move rooms. We were moved without issue but quickly had to leave that room for party. When we arrived back to our room late evening the thermostat was broken and temp in room was 80 degrees with heater blowing. Customer Service mainly the operators are incompetent. They take your call from some call center. Was a frustrating experience. The property is great. The people that work for the call center make it difficult for patrons.

Average Front desk staff was great, check-in was quick. Room overlooked some type of equipment that was noisy through the night, so we didn't sleep well. Valet service coming in was subpar and the most irritating was not being apprised of a parking fee which other hotels don't charge. Why pay a "resort fee" if parking not included. Overall an average stay, was hoping for more.

We had a wonderful family get-together, had a great dinner and drinks also slot-machine fun.
