Wrong room I checked in then we went to our room to find it was not a king. Nobody answered when I called front desk so I called operators that kept saying I don’t understand and to go back downstairs. We brought all our luggage back down with us and went back to desk to hear we only guarantee a like room. I’m sorry two queens is not like. If I wanted a king I’d have to take a smoking room. This place is run down but clean The king spa suite i stayed in looked like it had not been updated in 30 years. It was clean but horribly outdated. The shower head only had one setting - fire hose. The lighting was a combination of wall switches and light switches so there inconsistency was strange. The furniture looked like it was from the salvation army. Everything was fine. The additional room fees were excessive. The bathroom faucet was loose (rocking back and forth) but still worked. Several of the escalators weren’t woring. Overall experience was fine, room was clean, Millie’s (coffee shop) was decent and service was very good, casino was clean, nice to have Keurig in the room, great to have smoking room which is impossible to find and valet was quick.
