Very Good My reservation was for a deluxe room 1 king non smoking, and due to overbooking, I was given a deluxe 2 queen nonsmoking. From the picture of the room I reserved, it looked like my room would have a sofa. Instead I got a room with less room, due to the two beds. When I checked in, they were not willing to either upgrade or reduce my charge, so that was not a warm welcome for my getaway.
