Nice but wont go back We went for a 3 day anniversary trip. Our room had a jetted tub in the room whoch was nice. 1st day our key cards quit working. The same night our tub overfilled with soap residue backing up from somewhere else. We got upgraded to a new room. The new room had heat that didnt work amd had to be repaired while we were there. Overall staff was nicw but hotel need some work. The brewery restaurant was really good and we ate there a few times, excellent food and staff.

Was disappointed that after a 20 minute wait was told I could not use a luggage cart and had to wait for the bell man to be free, another half hour. We made multiple trips and carried our bags

Eldorado Casino/Hotel Reno Overall, the room and hotel was not bad. Really the biggest issue that I ran into was when we checked in, the person really didn’t seem to want to be at work and made my son and I feel like we were a burden. Other than that, everything was ok. I will stay at this location again in the future.
