on 4/20/25 ,as soon as we walk in VIP gold room the guy Ryan gets up and walk towards to the lady at the Bar, whispers to her. I asked 1 Perrier, he said no more, then I asked 1 red bull's, he also said no more . I ask for a coffee and he asks my player and I show to him. my wife wants latte and he yells out loud ask my wife, let me see your player card. I told him that we are together. Check in today 4/6/25 @ 4pm. Room given 672 was reeking of cigarette smoke. Transferred us to 661, A/C not woking. Engineering came 2x to fix but can't fix A/C, still 74 temperature. My husband went downstairs to ask to be moved to a different room but front esk refused to process asking for my I.D. THI WAS 8PM already. I called front desk and talked to the supervisor. I complained that the first room change, they didn't asked for my ID, but this 3rd move, they refused to process room change without my ID. I was upstairs in ... read more

3 of us went up for the weekend to enjoy a nice couple of days of gambling. Wait, not only did we have a room? That was a sweat box and could not be turned out, but the casinos themselves were so miserably hot. That I tanked Presidents' Day in February was necessary for their casino. I will never stay at the El Dorado again.They need to do a lot of cleanup.They've got signs saying buffet this way.Buffet that way no buffets

The room was a Premium King, very comfortable. Staff very pleasant as most of Caesars employees are. I won over 1k but gave it back. Enjoyed my stay.

When arriving at the hotel at 4:00 PM . There was only one desk rep and there were 12 of us checking in. I asked the manager if we could have more help. He was to busy pouring champagne for other guest. He finally did go help at the desk. Also to many restaurants closed.

Very sad. What they call a "deluxe king" is a small box with a bed. Loose $500, don't expect any comps. Can't speak with a casino host, employee goes back and soeas with them for you. Won't go to a ceasers property in reano ever again. Treated awesome at harrah's metropolis and ceasers Vegas. This is trash. Extremely disappointed.

We visited the Eldorado Casino in Reno early in Nov. 2024. While we were there, the power went out and we were left with money in slot machines that were all shut off, and a plane to catch. We notified Rachel Ostempowski, one of the slot workers. Rachel went on to notify Michele Kinsley of our problem. One of the chef's walked us out using his phone as a flashlight, so we could catch a ride to the airport for our flight. Everyone was so nice and they all went above and beyond to help us out. Great hotel. It's a lil older. But it is clean. Check in was easy and check out. We will come back again. We recommend this place. Plus it's on the row.

Christmas on Ice at the El Dorado in Reno. Spectacular! This was a Las Vegas caliber show in Reno. Thanks to the El Dorado and all the wonderful skaters, singers and dancers!
