Stayed at this casino for 8 days. If you like the smell of cigarette smoke, elevators that don't work, nonfunctioning thermostats and no hot water, this is the place for you! The biggest gamble was whether your elevator would make it up to your floor. The smell of cigarette smoke was everywhere on my no smoking floor and in my nonsmoking room. Skip this place ! Maintenance is nominal - this place has been ridden hard and put back wet way too many times - 7 elevators only one is working 25 minutes to get down the elevator elevator and no stairs - the best part is employees are great! They are the best they can with this absolute s hole - i'm unsure what a $34 resort fee goes towards it's not maintenance, half the restaurants were closed all week. Never again.

Absolutely terrible. Front desk staff has been so rude the entire time. Music across the street so loud at night it rattles your windows. I understand it's a party town, but people also come here to work. Staff extremely inconsiderate. 0/10.

I just want to say sh*t happens, but this is crazy. I paid $215 to sleep and eat on this bed. After sleeping, looked under the bedding and found this. Whats more crazy is that when i complained, they didnt give a sh*t. The front desk manager said they have to downgrade my room, unless i wait for my old room to be cleaned. So you want me to go back into that room with fecal matter. I cancelled the rest of my stay, got into my car and drove 13 hours home disgusted. So i finally came home. Driving 13 hours mad as hell and disgusted. My wife made me throw away all my clothes, and my favirorite pillow. I called reno health services to complain about human fecal matter, they were horrified. I called el dorado corp. To complain, and i said if your manager agrees to sleep on that fecal matter bed and eat on that bed for 12 hours i'll forget the matter. So far i havent heard a word from them. We called and made a reservation for one night. We paid for it in full on the phone and were told there were NO CANCELATIONS, we paid $117 for the night. We got there and checked in and they charged me another $144. I said, sorry but we already paid. That is when they said there is a $100 deposit that would be charged, then refunded in 3 or 4 days if we did not use it, along with a $44 resort fee. What do you see here. Thinking Amber Heard was here before me. I slept on this bed and was charged $195. I asked for a room change since im staying 2 more nights. But decided to go home early and cancel my last day. Since being a gambler who believes in bad luck. I did not feel lucky anymore. The front desk asked me if I wanted the same room. Really!!! on 4/20/25 ,as soon as we walk in VIP gold room the guy Ryan gets up and walk towards to the lady at the Bar, whispers to her. I asked 1 Perrier, he said no more, then I asked 1 red bull's, he also said no more . Check in today 4/6/25 @ 4pm. Room given 672 was reeking of cigarette smoke. Transferred us to 661, A/C not woking. Engineering came 2x to fix but can't fix A/C, still 74 temperature. My husband went downstairs to ask to be moved to a different room but front esk refused to process asking for my I.D. THI WAS 8PM already. I called front desk and talked to the supervisor.
