So i finally came home. Driving 13 hours mad as hell and disgusted. My wife made me throw away all my clothes, and my favirorite pillow. I called reno health services to complain about human fecal matter, they were horrified. I called el dorado corp. We called and made a reservation for one night. We paid for it in full on the phone and were told there were NO CANCELATIONS, we paid $117 for the night. We got there and checked in and they charged me another $144. I said, sorry but we already paid. That is when they said there is a $100 deposit that would be charged, then refunded in 3 or 4 days if we did not use it, along with a $44 resort fee. What do you see here. Thinking Amber Heard was here before me. I slept on this bed and was charged $195. I asked for a room change since im staying 2 more nights. But decided to go home early and cancel my last day. Since being a gambler who believes in bad luck. I did not feel lucky anymore. The front desk asked me if I wanted the same room. Really!!! on 4/20/25 ,as soon as we walk in VIP gold room the guy Ryan gets up and walk towards to the lady at the Bar, whispers to her. I asked 1 Perrier, he said no more, then I asked 1 red bull's, he also said no more . Check in today 4/6/25 @ 4pm. Room given 672 was reeking of cigarette smoke. Transferred us to 661, A/C not woking. Engineering came 2x to fix but can't fix A/C, still 74 temperature. My husband went downstairs to ask to be moved to a different room but front esk refused to process asking for my I.D. THI WAS 8PM already. I called front desk and talked to the supervisor. 3 of us went up for the weekend to enjoy a nice couple of days of gambling. Wait, not only did we have a room? That was a sweat box and could not be turned out, but the casinos themselves were so miserably hot. That I tanked Presidents' Day in February was necessary for their casino. I will never stay at the El Dorado again.They need to do a lot of cleanup.They've got signs saying buffet this way.Buffet that way no buffets

The room was a Premium King, very comfortable. Staff very pleasant as most of Caesars employees are. I won over 1k but gave it back. Enjoyed my stay.

When arriving at the hotel at 4:00 PM . There was only one desk rep and there were 12 of us checking in. I asked the manager if we could have more help. He was to busy pouring champagne for other guest. He finally did go help at the desk. Also to many restaurants closed.

Very sad. What they call a "deluxe king" is a small box with a bed. Loose $500, don't expect any comps. Can't speak with a casino host, employee goes back and soeas with them for you. Won't go to a ceasers property in reano ever again. Treated awesome at harrah's metropolis and ceasers Vegas. This is trash. Extremely disappointed.
