Wowww!! The best show I've ever seen , if I could give them more stars I would. the show starts from the first second you enter and last until the last second. All the time you're Thrilled and waiting to see what happens next, definitely a world class show!

My boyfriend and I saw the Cirque Paris show and LOVED it!! A great, intimate theater and not a bad seat in the house. We sat 4th row center and had an amazing view of all the performances. Everyone was friendly and inviting, made the experience feel personal. Audience members are chosen at random during the show to participate in the silly antics of the host and my boyfriend was a chosen one!!!! The last thing he wanted!! OMG! I wasn't sure what year I was in when I walked through the doors. The last time I stayed at the this hotel was as a teen in the 90s, and I swear absolutely nothing has changed. Walking into the room felt like stepping into a time machine and not in a cool, retro way. The guy at the check in desk, Dennis, was an absolute jerk. He spoke as quickly as the voice that lists all the legal jargon in commercials. He didn't explain how, or why, the charges seemed so out of whack. When we asked for clarification about it, he had attitude. Finally got up to our room, and it wasn't what we had reserved. I made a reservation at El Dorado in Reno back in June 2025 for a three-night stay (Tuesday-Thursday, checking out Friday) in April 2026. After nearly 10 months of planning, I expected the basics to be handled correctly. When we checked in, we were given a double room instead of the King room we reserved. I went back to the front desk and was told that because they were oversold for Thursday night, there was no way to move us into a King room at all during our stay. If I could rate this hotel zero I would. Got here Wednesday night (mind you we paid for an upgraded room when we booked) - got into our old stinky room that was so hot! Beds are hard and pillows are lumpy. Hair in sinks and bed. Turned "AC" on lowest setting all night and the next day. Thursday we lost water for 3-4 hours & our room still had issues where we could not flush in the middle of the night. Complained to the front desk to have them switch us to a diff room but same floor. Gave us a lousy $50 comp for our troubles.... read more

We stayed here in the Sierra Tower & the rooms did not have any air. Not just no AC, but no air FLOW! We were dying! It was so hot & uncomfortable, we couldn't even sleep. I felt like we were suffocating, there's no fresh air as you can't open the windows, so we basically in a box breathing our own air. It was miserable. I spoke with other guests in the same tower & they all had the same experience. We intended to stay the weekend but ended up leaving after 1 night. I should have listened to the reviews! We arrived at 2pm hoping to check in early. They could accommodate us, but there would be a $28 charge for early check in. Really? When we got to our room the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling and there was a big paint warn off mark on the head board. I went to get our room changed. That night the electricity went out so their whole internet, tv system did not work the following day until late in the afternoon. The casino was dead and so dark.
