As always they were on time for the service call. In addition to the basic annual maintenance of the 2 split minis, they did deep cleaning on one of the units. They have never run so quiet.

I am a big fan of Electro Aide..they care about their customers..they installed my pump . I am also on a yearly maintenance plan..Peter came yesterday and he did an extensive check on my unit..He explained everything I asked. He was puntual, proffesional and knowledgeable. Kudos to Electro Aide for employing people like Peter for they are the face of Electro Aide. On my next scheduled visit, I will ask for him again. I am super pleased with Electro Aide. We had a new dual energy heat pump installed to replace an old AC unit. Fantastic service, Mike and his crew we kind, respectful and very clean. The installation match the old system, you can hardly tell anything was changed. New outdoor unit is the highest quality and so much quieter than the old unit. From estimate to install, they were clear and precise, what more can you ask for?
We awoke today to no heat, even though the power was on. We phoned Electro Aide and they very quickly sent a technician over. Tony was very helpful, professional and he analyzed the problem, which was a burned out motor. He was able to locate, pick up, and install the correct motor for our furnace. He did tests to make sure it was all ok. Happy to say the heat is back on!
Absolutely amazing company! Mike and Raphel and their colleagues did a fantastic job. New furnace/heat-pump within 4 days. Marco the sales person is very helpful and knowledgable as well. Kathy is in the administration department and Mike the manager are always there to answer questions. Thank you to all.
