My heat pump was not working even though no error was logged and the control signals were being received by the unit. The technician found that the breaker feeding the unit was faulty and also the contact within the unit was also faulty. Technician was extremely professional and explained as he was troubleshooting. As we have two heat pumps, we also have two breakers. The technician swapped the breakers and the faulty heat pump began to turn confirming the issue. Very good maintenance service w Damien, Not very good service w others, they overcharge for their time: calculated 10-12 h to check compressor broken. Lennox poor warranty: compressor broke flyer 3 years, refused to get it 7nde4 warranty Very poor service w Tilley Campbell, : He did not sell me Lennox approved by Governments of Canada Quebec.so I get No refund I will not recommend Lennox to anyone!
