Have been a client of Electro Aide for 25+ years. Recently installed a new heat pump and furnace. Sales process was excellent (thx Alex) installation of our units was also excellent. The crew was here on time and final instal so clean (special thanks to Mike and Raphael) Highly recommend them.

Peter my favourite technician was as usual his professional self. He arrived on time, went through his full inspection and then reviewed his findings. I am completely satisfied with the service for the past at least 10 years.
Excellent service during an early winter furnace breakdown. Salesman came to my house to have me sign the contract for the new furnace the same evening I placed the emergency call to Electro Aide. Four days later (including a weekend) my new furnace was installed. I highly recommend.
I do not often write reviews on Google - except when the level of service warrants an exception. I have had Electro Aide servicing both of my Lennox mini-split units for a number of years. It is easy to make appointments and the service desk is quite accommodating. The service technicians are well trained - both technically and in customer service. They are very careful not to make a mess and are always cordial. I have no problem highly recommending Electro- Aide. David
